Discover the rich history and comprehensive development of our educational institution
Historical Background
After the political changes of 2007, despite various efforts at the government level for educational development in the country, no encouraging achievements were achieved until 2027. Realizing the national need to take a planned and concrete step for educational development, the government implemented the National Education System Plan in 2028. With the implementation of the National Education System Plan, efforts for educational reform and development in the country began to move forward more rapidly. With the rise of educational awareness and awakening, a wave of opening schools in villages began. In this series, on Asar 13, 2039, under the leadership of local education enthusiasts Ramprasad Ghimire, Shivprasad Ghimire, Bheemprasad Ghimire, Krishnaprasad Ghimire, Badriprasad Ghimire and the late Lalchandra Lamichhane, with the active cooperation of all villagers, a 6-member committee was formed for school establishment and the foundation stone for the construction of a temporary building was laid in Ghimiregaun, Ward No. 7 of the then Tukucha Village Panchayat, using local resources and means. After the building construction, due to the lack of teachers, some work was done to run the work locally to some extent, and later, as the first teacher, the appointment of Dhanprasad Dawadi made teaching somewhat easier. After the school received permanent recognition from Shri Deependra Primary School in 2045, the school got recognition in the name of Shri Swet Baraha Primary School in the name of Ghimire brothers' family deity Swet Baraha Bhagwan. After this, the school received recognition for conducting N.M.A. level in 2052 and secondary level in 2065 under the leadership of then Principal Shri Krishna Ghimire and with the cooperation of all parents. This school has been conducting classes 11 and 12 of Education and Management Faculty from 2071 after getting recognition from the Higher Secondary Education Council, while as a Technical Higher Secondary School, this school has also received recognition from the academic year 2072, and the opportunities and challenges of this school have also increased.
